CNC plasma cutting machine where control is performed using an ETH-MCI motion controller. For THC control, a THC Sensor is used, which takes a sample of the cutting voltage from the plasma aggregate Jasic Cut 60A NoHF L209 and leads it to the ETH-MCI motion controller. THC control is realized by means of an internal THC regulator located within the ETH-MCI motion controller plugin.

The video shows an example of cutting a 2mm steel sheet. The cutting speed was 3960mm/mm, the cutting current was 45A, and the nominal cutting voltage was 128V.
